Fear-less Triple P - Winter 2025 To register, please fill out this form This activity will take place on Saturday, January 25 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Cité des Prairies What’s Fearless Triple P? Fear-Less Triple P supports parents and helps them learn new cognitive-behavioral strategies for managing anxiety, encouraging them to apply them themselves with their children. Who is this program for? Parents (guardians, interested educational staff) of children aged 6 to 14 who have moderate to high levels of anxiety that negatively impact daily functioning. Activity dedicated to parents only.
