This activity will take place through 7 sessions which will take place on Fridays, January 24th and 31st, February 7th, 21st and 28th as well as March 7th and 14th.
This series of workshops, based on the Faber and Mazlish method, presents a simple and effective method for learning communication skills.
Using concrete and practical techniques, you will learn how to foster a positive image of your children, resolve conflicts, avoid punishment, encourage cooperation and impose firm limits. A final review of the program will be done during the 7th session.
Here is the content and themes of each session:
Helping children/teens struggling with their difficult feelings.
Encouraging the child/teen’s cooperation without endless daily arguments.
Replacing punishment while expressing disagreement and encouraging the child/teen to take responsibility for their behavior. Problem solving.
Encouraging autonomy.
Using compliments to help children/teens develop a positive self-image.
Helping children/teens to free themselves from the roles in which they are locked and which prevent them from flourishing: the clumsy, the shy, the lazy, the princess, the excited, etc.Contact us
